Third Thursday Fond Farewell Blog Hop

Well, have you survived the week?! I am barely there! I am no joke on my way out the door to Taryn's spring party! Easter Treats in tow! The kids do not have school tomorrow so I am sure no one will want to sleep in!
On this months Third Thursdays blog hop we are hopping with the theme "A Fond Farewell". With the retiring list coming out this past Monday, I found out the sad news that the Follow Your Dreams Bundle will NOT be carrying over! Gasp, cry... Do what you got to do... The creations I am showing you today were created for a fun After Party Brynn Thornburgh hosted in Salt Lake City! I was asked to design two make and takes... Here is what I made!

The Follow Your Dreams bundle is sadly retiring... Although it will not leave my craft room! I have paired it with Mint Macaron and Petal Pink with touches of the Wood Textures DSP and Champagne Foil. To keep my projects cohesive, for the pizza box I have used the Wood Textures DSP again with Blushing Bride, Sahara Sand and Pear Pizzazz.

Thank You so much for stopping by! I can't wait for you to see what Kimberly has made for you, you can get to her blog by clicking the next button below!

Stamp Ink Paper 195 A Walk With Nature Challenge

Hello and Happy Tuesday! I am back in full swing after attending Stampin' Up! OnStage Local in Salt Lake City! It was so much fun just seeing my friends and having a few days to just
unwind. The last few months had been so crazy with Joshua's appointments, Dance/Gymnastics, Track and just the daily hustle, throw some Bomb Cyclones in there too! I am sure that you get the picture...

Today I am designing with the Stamp Ink Paper Design Team. We are designing with the theme "A Walk With Nature" and what could be more natural than Wood, Flowers and Butterflies?! Let me show you my card.

I can't tell you how many times and ways I started this card. I really hadn't used the Butterfly Gala Bundle and with the Petal Promenade DSP retiring I thought that it would be the perfect partner for this walk with nature. My butterflies are stamped with Sahara Sand and Powder Pink with bodies of Soft Suede. My little wood slice is adhered to my card using the Fine Tip Glue Pen. The butterflies used Mini Glue Dots. I accented the card Frosted Epoxy Droplets.

I am so glad that you joined me on this walk with nature!
I can't wait to see what you all come up with!

One Stamp At A Time Spring Fling Blog Hop

Happies of Thursdays to you all! It is that time again! The One Stamp At Time Blog Hop is live! You may notice that many of us will only have cards or one creation this month, but they will all be amazing with our Spring Fling theme!

As many of you know many of us Stampin' Up! Demonstrators are in a mad dash to OnStage this week! However, Winter Storm Wesley is trying to give me its best shot in my ability to get there... My flight leaves in 12 hours and 2 of the major interstates heading west are closed at this point... It is also 4 AM in the morning as I am typing this... Things could change and so can my flight!

I created this card for a swap at OnStage. It has a beautiful base of Gray Granite with a mat of Blackberry Bliss. My Lace 3D Folder was used on Soft Seafoam and accented with a nice Linen Thread Bow. I used a square from the Stitched Shapes dies. Flowers scream spring for me, so I inked up the First Frost stamp set. The flower is stamped in Blackberry Bliss and the greenery in Soft Sea Foam. The Well Said Bundle is an amazingly versatile bundle. I chose this bundle to create my Happy Birthday sentiment with Gold Glimmer paper and Gray Granite ink!

I am so glad to have you stop by today! I can't wait for you all to see what the amazing Martin Stone has created! You can get to him by clicking the link list below!

Creation Station Gingham Style Blog Hop

Happy Sunday! I hope you all have enjoyed your weekend! I have spent two out of the last three days at middle school track meets with my kiddo! I am so proud of him and his perseverance but track meets are not for sissies! It was a beautiful day in the mid 70's at yesterdays! I will take that ANY day over freezing our rear ends off!

The Creation Station team is back, this month we are hopping with the theme "Gingham Style"! I found myself in a definite crafters block with this theme. I have spent soooo much time on stuff for OnStage and prepping for an after event that my brain is just not working... Let me show you what I have come up with!

Originally I had started this card with the idea that I would be using it for the TGIF Challenges Design Team but with being at the track meet Thursday until 7 PM almost two hours from home, I didn't get my ducks in a row to get it put together. I started with a Bokeh Technique created with Bermuda Bay, Mango Melody, and Granny Apple Green! Instead of using white to sponge my circles, I used the Frost White Shimmer Paint. After letting this dry (mine dried overnight because of my poor time management skills), I simply heat embossed the Dandelion from Dandelion Wishes using the White Stampin' Emboss Powder. This as well as the Lemon Lime Twist Gingham Gala DSP were cut using the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I layered my Bokeh over a piece of Bermuda Bay card stock. This was also the color I chose to stamp the sentiment in before punching it with the 1 3/4" Circle Punch. Before adhering to my Thick Whisper White card base, I added a bit of Bermuda Bay Mini Striped Ribbon.

Thank You so much for stopping by today! I have provided a full list of products below that I used on todays card! I can't wait for you to see what the amazing Liz Van Wely has for you today! You can get to her by clicking the next button below!
