OSAT Mix It Up Blog Hop

HI!! Remember me?! The mom of 3 crazy kids who lives a total chaotic life of sports, 4H and everyday life?! I can't tell you how good it was to be back in the craft room! Although, I must confess... I have very little of what is in our new Annual Catalog, but pig feed seems to be outranking my stamping!!! Taryn has kept herself busy with sports camps and her pigs since before school let out... now we are ont he final countdown until fair!

So today I am back with my crew from the OSAT Blog Hop Team and we have put together a blog hop full of pattern mixing and I can't wait to show you what I have mixed up for you today!

So for todays hop I have mixed the Fresh As A Daisy DSP with the Dots & Spots Die to create this great "You make my day" card using the Cheerful Daisy Bundle. I was so excited to be using Berry Burst and Lemon Lime Twist together with our Basic Black again! It truly is one of my favorite color combinations. I am going to keep this short as this is my first day back on the job...

Thank You for stopping in!

OSAT New Beginnings Blog Hop

Happy Thursday! I am so excited that I have been able to spend time in the craft room! If I haven't been stamping, I have been freezing corn and tending to our garden. We may even have to have blanch and freeze zucchini. It is a good problem to have with cost of groceries and 3 growing kids.
The One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop Team is back this month with the theme, New Beginnings. When I think of New Beginnings I think of Back To School. It is very uneasy time for ALL of us as parents. As many of us will be sending our kids to school for the first time in almost 6 months.  I decided to mix the carry over bundle Harvest Hello's with a bit of the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper and the Plaid Tidings for today's fun farmhouse teacher card. Let's take a look!

My card started with the Harvest Hello's stamp set. I stamped the Apple on a piece of Regal Real Red DSP using Stazon Jet Black Ink and punched it with the coordinating Apple Builder Punch. I even added a couple of leaves, one colored in Granny Apple Green and one just punched out of Granny Apple Green cardstock. The wood stem was a great touch. This sits over a strip of the dark wood from the In Good Taste DSP and Whisper White that my sentiment created with the Playful Alphabet Dies. These dies are so easy to work with and paired nicely with the Black and White Plaid card front from the Plaid Tidings DSP pack. The "Teacher" sentiment is from the Harvest Hello's, I started to use the whole thing but when I realized that it could be cut and fit over the alphabet die cuts it was perfect! A bit of Real Red trim and mat for this Crumb Cake based card. I even did the inside of the card which you will see below.

I can't take credit for this design of this box, but I can take credit for foofing it up! What Teacher doesn't love a tube a lip balm!

I am so excited that you came by today to see my New Beginnings projects, you will want to be sure that you click through the list of hop participants below for more inspiration!
Have a great rest of your week!

OSAT March Happily Ever Efter Blog Hop

The One Stamp at A Time Blog hop is back on this fabulous second Thursday of the month! I can't wait to show you what our amazing team for this fun take on the "Happily Every After" Theme!!

I seriously spent almost 12 hours in my craft room yesterday... trying to come up with my designs. I think it is time to just spend the day cleaning the craft room.

I made this fun set using the Sweet Soiree DSP! The card is an amazing double gate fold. I used the Sweet Soiree embellishment kit to create the embellishments on the belly band with the lovely Metallic Trim Berry Burst Ribbon. There is absolutely NO STAMPS on this card. Fun and easy!

My cute little box was made using the Ready Shreddy silver shredded paper inside of it. I wrapped a nice strip of the Sweet Soiree DSP and added a nice little flower embellishment.

What should have been quick, easy and painless! Thank You so much for stopping by. Make sure you tour the hop all the way through! Until the next time! Have a good day!

OSAT Flower Power Blog Hop

WOOT!!!! It is the second Thursday of the month which means that the OSAT Blog Hop is happening today! Did you get to me by way of Justin Krieger?? I just loved his designs today!
No joke, I have only been home from San Diego for about a day and a half now! OnStage San Diego was so much fun! It was such an honor to meet those that were there and to be a Display Stamper! It was a total learning experience but Jeanna Bohanon (who is also on this hop) was a fabulous friend and I was so happy to be her wing man!

One of the perks of going to OnStage is being able to order product before the regular pre-order period for Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who did not go. I was lucky enough to have received my box yesterday at about 11 AM. I was so excited!!!!!!! So here is a sneak peak at our in NEW In Colors and a fun card kit!

This cute Glassine bag came together so nicely. Sadly, I am sure you have all seen the retiring list and know that these will not be carrying over. I had one handy to showcase this fun card front I made using the Soft Sayings Card Kit. The flirty little flowers in Powder Pink and Berry Burst are surrounded by Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide greenery! That is 4 of the NEW AH-MAZING in colors! The kit comes with what you will need to make some really cute cards but, I like to find other ways to use things like this. I simply cut the card front and adhered it to the Lemon Lime Twist layer after adding the strip of washi tape and bakers twin that also comes in the kit. The nice stitched label die cut was stamped using the stamp set that comes in the kit. First I stamped the flower in Powder Pink and then "Just A Note" in the Fresh Fig to coordinate with the base of the card front. After adhering the spring die cuts with glue dots, I adhered the the label with two Stampin' Dimensionals and added three lovely little Glitter Enamel dots. Cute right? Well this bag is to hold my cute little 3x3 cards in all of the new In-Colors below. My plan is to send this cutie (or variations of it) to my customers to showcase the new colors!

As I said above, these cuties are to showcase the new In Colors! The paper looks familiar right? Well the Fresh Florals DSP stack comes in all 5 of the new In Colors! I added some Whisper White Bakers Twine in a nice little bow. The Label Me Pretty bundle was perfect for these cards. This bundle comes with a clear mount stamp set the coordinates with the new Pretty Label punch! It is absolutely adorable!

Do you love it??? You can't much more floral than that!! Are you ready for who is next?? Her designs are always so super, that's why she is called Super Stamp Girl. The Amazing Crystal Komara!!! My Birthday Bash Step Up

As promised, I am coming to you today with a great "Step it Up" idea! Last week I was running out of time for the OSAT Blog Hop and needed to come up with some thing cute and fast. So I busted out my Gift Card Envelope die and cut out this coordinating "treat holder" below. You can see the orignal post but clicking the photo below! Let me show you how I stepped it up first!

OSAT Birthday Bash Blog Hop
Click Here to see Coordinating Card

I untied the ribbon that I used to wrap around it and simply punched a hole into a 1/2" and 3/4" Circle Punches and looped the ribbon in! I added some Whisper White Bakers Twine in a cute little bow around the ribbon. I made a nice belly band using the coordinating DSP from Tasty Treats. A nice stitched circle stamped with Playful Backgrounds and the Cool Treats was layered onto a Dazzling Diamond Scallop Circle from the Layering Circles die set. Some cute little banners and a little bit of washi was just the right touch!

Adorable right? Thank you so much for stopping by to see how I stepped up my quick and easy project from Thursday!

OSAT March Birthday Bash Blog Hop

Phew! Can you believe that is already the second Thursday of the month?? This month needs to slow down just a tad so that I can everything done that I need to before we go to San Diego! Kids are on spring break next week. Little do they know that they will have a long list of chores to get done!

This month on the OSAT Blog Hop were hopping with a birthday theme. So many of us have birthdays this month including myself and Pam Staples it seemed so fitting! Lets get to my creations!

I made this card so easily using the Sweet Cupcake Bundle. I couldn't help but adhere it to a lovely stitched circle of the Tasty Treat DSP on top of a Scalloped Circle of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper. I adhered this with a few Stampin' Dimensionals onto the sprinkle pattern of the Tasty Treat DSP. I added a couple strips of the coordinating Washi Tape and simple Whisper White Bakers Twine.

Ok so my project is a little "simple" but time was not my friend yesterday and I didn't want to be a slacker but who knew that the gift card holder would make such a cute treat holder right? I whipped it up in less than 15 minutes with some Tasty Treat DSP and a cute Flirty Flamingo bow to coordinate with the card.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Don't forget our game night is tonight in the One Stamp At A Time  Facebook group! There is a good chance that one of tonight's questions could be about something on our hop! So make sure you tour the WHOLE thing! Are you ready to see Megan's creations? You can get to her by clicking next! Have a great Day!

OSAT All You Need is Love Blog Hop

Image may contain: text and outdoor

Yayyyy we are back! It is the second Thursday of the month! This is where myself and a whole bunch of One Stamp At A Time's member participate in a OOBER fabulous hop! I can't wait to show you this month's hop. It is oozing with creativity and a whole lot of love!

This month our theme is "All You Need is Love" and I can't wait to share the love with all of you while you tour this hop!

We all know that I really don't like hearts... It has nothing really to do with Valentines, I just don't like heart shaped anything. So when doing this theme it is honestly a struggle... but, I think I nailed it and I hope you enjoy!

My card started with Irresistibly Floral Specialty DSP. This fun emboss resist paper can cater to whatever you like. I decided to sponge it using Sweet Sugarplum and Soft Sky inks. I just received the NEW Sale-A-Bration Glimmer Paper pack. This pack is amazing!!!! You get 4-6x6 sheets of 3 colors, Bermuda Bay, Mint Macaron and the adorable color I used Sweet Sugarplum. I used the heart die from the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits to cut the heart out of the sponged paper, that way the glimmer paper would show through the heart! Cool right? Once this was all glued on with a fabulous ruched ribbon bow, I die cut the "love" sentiment out 3 times and adhered them all together before heat embossing them in Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder. I added a few little sequins to give a final touch before attaching it to the Soft Sky Cardstock base.

My fabulous little treat bag is a Glassine Bag. I simply folded it in half and adhered it to the back so that I had a smaller bag to work with. I made a cute little tag with my left over goodies that I used to make the card. I filled it with a "Fun Dip" Valentines for my special someone!

Thank you so, so much for stopping in today! I hope you are enjoying the hop! Next on the hop is Renee! I am sure she is going to dazzle you with her fabulous love themed designs! You can get to her by clicking the button below!

OSAT Blog Hop No Rules New Year 2017

Image may contain: text and outdoor

Happy New Year! The One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop is back for 2017 and our first hop has NO RULES! Did you get to me by way of Pam Staples ? I just love what she has created for you! I am so excited because this year we have quite a few new faces and of course some returning favorites! I am truly blessed to be accompanied by such great talent!

If this is your first time on my blog let me introduce myself, I am Andrea Tracy-Tucker. I am a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator of a little over 4 years. I am a married mother of 3 wonderful, spunky kids and we live WAY OUT in eastern Colorado where there is Tornadoes, Snow, the best sunsets ever and well, life is pretty simple. We have 3 horses and 1 big fluffy dog! My husband is a blue color worker and is a 20 year veteran! Phew! Enough about me let me show you what I have created for you today...

Adorable, Right?! So I have to make a confession. I haven't purchase the Oh So Succulent Bundle. I know it is beautiful and many of nailed it... It just isn't me! The DSP though...FABULOUS! I just love the colors that this paper offers. Especially the Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe which will soon be leaving....let us have a moment of silence. My card started with the Mint Macaron and Whisper White piece of DSP. I wasn't quite sure how to use it with my card though. Then I had that Aha moment! I matted this onto a layer of Tip Top Taupe card stock. I love when my layers are wonky. I used the largest of the squares fro the Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies after stamping the Delicate Details using Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe ink. It still needed a little something. The sprigs from the Jar of Love Bundle were perfect, especially since it had a coordinating die! They were also stamped in the Tip Top Taupe ink and adhered them on the right after doing my Copper heat embossed Hello! I finished this little layer with some Linen Thread and adhered it onto a Mint Macaron Scalloped Square from the Layering Squares. I added one of the Lace Doilies on the left and adhered it to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals!

Onto my cute little projects... I really only had to do one. The Clear Tiny Treat Box was filled with little dinner mints. I cut a 1.75 inch strip to wrap around it with a nice bow using the 5/8" Mini Striped Ribbon in Mint Macaron. Easy right?  Now or my little "bag"... I used the Popcorn Box Framelits! Totes adorbs, Literally!!!! I actually scored the sides of this DSP from the Succulent Garden DSP about 2/3 of the way down so that it would bow out like a purse or tote. I adhered my little handle accented with linen thread bows to coordinate with the card using Tear & Tape. My closure piece was made with a 3/4 strip of Mint Macaron with a screw like embellishment from the Urban Underground Embellishments pack. The finishing touch to this little bag is the 1/2 inch strip at the bottom with the washi accent!

I hope you love the creations I have made for you today! Make sure you tour the whole hop! Next on the hop is my partner in crime. My Stampin' Mom! Tina Riddle! She is sure to have something pretty spectacular!

OSAT Shabby Chic Blog Hop

Hey there and happy Thursday! It is the second Thursday of the month and we all know what that means!! It is OSAT Blog Hop Time!!! It also happens to be Mr. Tucker's Birthday!!! I am so excited to tell you that my barn has made it!!! Literally just minutes ago!! Are you so excited?! I am!!!

This month for our hop theme we have chosen a Shabby Chic theme! I just can't wait to show you what we all have made... Did you see Justin's projects?? Were they not adorable??? Make sure when you are done looking at my little lovely's that you tour the WHOLE hop!!!

So I can't lie my burlap wreath has been wrapped for months! I just couldn't decided what I wanted to do with it... I guess I figured something out! I adorned it with some spiral flowers, lace and a cute little butterfly adorned with a cream rose from the Artisan Embellishment Kit from last year!

The card started with a base of Pink Pirouette. I used the New Stitched Rectangles from Gina Marie on my Mint Macaron layer and Chicken Wire layer! I really just can't get enough of these dies and the price point is amazing! My Pink Pirouette stamped Rooster from Unity Stamp Company is on a Stitched Circle from Gina Marie as well with some cute little Pretty Pink Posh sequins to accent. The cute little banner with the sentiment is also on a Stitched Banner from Gina.... See, I told you I loved these dies! To finish this card off I added some linen thread and crochet trim with a cute little vintage button at the top!

Thank You so much for stopping in! Jeanna Bohanon is next! Her creations are always amazing!

OSAT June Summer Lovin Blog Hop

Holy Moly! The second Thursday of the month already?! It totally creeped up on me!
With that being said, Welcome to this months One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop! If you came by way of the amazingly talented Kelly Acheson welcome!
This month our theme is "Summer Lovin". Many of us have been feverishly waiting for the Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog to go live and well you guessed it, It DID! So a lot of what you may see through this months hop will be new to you!
So with all of my genius ideas this months theme was my idea... Then on Monday when I go to work on it, STUMPED... But I think it is fun pairing and I can't wait to tell you about it!

So my creations started with Playful Palette 6 x 6 DSP Stack! I honestly made fun of this stack when I first saw it and said "New Kids On The Block Called, They want their paper back." I honestly have to say that once I started using it is was great stack to play with! My card base is Sweet Sugarplum card stock with a cheerful matte of Peekabo Peach. I can't stay away from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits! I cut the sentiment out of the Sweet Sugarplum to coordinate with base of the card. The heart was cut out of the Blushing Bride glimmer paper. I used spray adhesive for the scribble part then used Stampin' Dimensionals to use the center! I adhered a few sequins and added some Wink of Stella to the "love" so that not just the heart was sparkly! There's a better picture below.
I went ahead and a did a cute little Mini Treat Bag using DSP from the same stack! I must confess that the stitched circle I stamped Hooray from Confetti Celebrations on is not Stampin' Up! Behind it you'll find I did the Black Metallic thread loops with a coordinating DSP banner. I completed this fab little bag with Sweet Sugarplum touched ribbon!

Thank you all so much for stopping by!! Make sure you tour the WHOLE hop!!! Next is my partner in crime Justin Krieger!! You can get to him by clicking the next button!!
