Wednesday! We have made it friends! Finally getting back in my groove on the Paper Craft Crew design team today!
Pam has cooked up this great sketch that I couldn't wait to ink up the new Painted Harvest set that will be available to you on September 1st! This set is a must have and I have seen some pretty amazing things done with it this far...
The sunflower is a two step layered stamp, so for lighter color I started with So Saffron and then used the Crushed Curry over the top with a Soft Suede center. I used our Circle from the Stitched Shapes Framelits to cut the sunflower out. I had a nice strip of the Wood Textures DSP waiting to for this card, Year of Cheer Washi Tape from the upcoming Holiday Catalog added a bit of a hidden sparkle. The leaves and fern like background were stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink. I punched the leaves with the fun new Leaf Punch that comes in the bundle with the Painted Harvest stamp set. A little bit a Burlap and a few Faceted Gems in gold and this fun card was done!
