A Paper Pumpkin Thing Peaceful Christmas Kit Blog Hop

Good Thursday to you! I know I have been rather quiet on the blog here... There is not any stories or excuses as to why... other than being BUSY! Every week just seems like a blur! I have been creating and I can't wait for you to see some of the Holiday goodies I have come up with! You will start seeing them next week!

Today I am back with my friends on the A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop and we are kicking off the Holiday card making season with the Peaceful Christmas Kit!

This kit has rich patterns of Shaded Spruce Buffalo Plaid, a Real Red Twine and Silver Foil Accents! It was so much fun to play with this kit! The ideas are still racing through my head! I have created a fun little card using the Penguin Place Bundle (heads up, the punch is not available right now) and the Triangle Stitched Dies and a fun coordinating gift tag! Lets take a look!!!

This fun little card of Holiday Cheer, was created quite easily! I simply die cut one of the Shaded Spruce Buffalo Plaid card fronts with our Stitched Triangle Dies. Then, I stamped a Basic White Card front with the snowy hill from the Penguin Place Stamp Set using Pool Party ink. The penguin is stamped in Memento ink, the punched with the coordinating punch BUT you could also fussy cut him like I did his antlers! His cut little scarf is made of the Real Red twine in the kit. The sentiment is stamped in Shaded Spruce and is on a banner of Real Red. If this isn't giving you a little bit of holiday cheer...

This quick jumbo tag is great! I have used the left over Buffalo plaid from the piece I used to die cut the tree above. The vellum die cut was the perfect touch under my strip of Real Red and Peaceful Place DSP. I just love the Noel die cuts in this! I adhered it a bit off center and added the gems from the kit! The cute foil lined labels made a perfect top to the tags with a bit of Real Red Sheer and Ruffled Ribbons!

I can't wait for you to see how my friends have used the kit this month! You can click along the list below to see all of the alternatives! Have an amazing day!
