"For You"

Hey there!! I know it is been a couple weeks! I had been busy making 70, yes I said 70 Valentines for the kids and their classmates!! I will be sure to post a picture tomorrow because they really did turn out darling. So lets just say 70 Fry Boxes, 70 tags ALL colored by ME!!! I think I now have carpal tunnel... Today I woke up with a daunting decision at hand "To Stamp or To be Domestic?"... I figured since I knew exactly what it was I wanted to make, it shouldn't take that long... I mean seriously, two weeks with this idea floating around in my head... I was going to explode if I didn't make it!!!

Today's card is a beautiful blend of some of my favorite Stampin' Up! stamp sets and Framelits using some of my favorite colors.
I began with a standard A2 Base of Crumb Cake Card Stock with a matted layer using Blushing Bride and a piece of the Something Borrowed DSP. I then used our Chalk Talk Clear Mount stamp set and stamped the large tag in Crumb Cake Ink onto the Blushing Bride Card Stock and ran it through the Big Shot using the coordinating Framelit from the Chalk Talk Framelit set. The next little tag was made using the same Framelit set and was cut using the Brushed Gold Cardstock. The final little tag was made using the Chalk Talk Stamp Set and Framelits stamped with Blushing Bride ink on Whisper White Card Stock. Now, for the final touches. I stamped the butterfly from Butterfly Basics in Versamark and heat embossed it using Gold Stampin' Emboss powder. I then cut it out using the coordinating Thinlit using the Butterfly Thinlits Dies... The small rose embellishment is from the Artisan Embellishment kit and it is holding the "For You" Itty Bitty Banner down... I gave this card some final touches using the Blushing Bride Chevron Ribbon and Linen Thread as a tag topper and the Sahara Sand Lace Trim at the bottom... WOW!!! Can you believe this was floating through my head??? Hope you love it as much I do! Have a blessed day!
