OSAT On The Red Carpet Blog Hop

Happy Thursday, welcome back to the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop! It has been a real busy week for me with field trips, preps for dance recital, and meetings at school. I think that I am just about ready for summer myself! Do you have some awesome plans for the summer? So far, we have nothing major other than a few drop ins from out of town friends and there is always the pool!

This month with the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop we are Rolling Out The Red carpet to new colors, new stamps and new product. However, there may be a few who hasn't received some of the new goodies so you may see something that is sparkly or glam!

Anytime I get a preorder box I get a bit overstimulated. I mean, a box full of new stamps, dies and amazing new colors is a lot to get excited about. So let me show you the 2018-2020 In Colors! Say hello to Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Pineapple Punch, Call me Clover and Blueberry Bushel!!

Like I said above, I have been CRAZY busy with life in general and a bit overstimulated with all the NEW stuff! I chose to take a bit of what I would consider as an easier route. Although, I am showcasing all of the new In Colors and there may be a few new colors involved too. The card base, DSP, ink and 1/8" Grosgrain are all new In Colors. Lovely Lipstick is the nice red color and I chose to matte this card with Melon Mambo it was a great monochromatic choice and I can't wait to see what the colors look like sponged together. The Grapefruit Grove is the nice orange like color, this one I chose to matte with one of the new colors being added to our color collection Petal Pink. Pineapple Punch, I have really never been a yellow fan, but this yellow is so fresh and summery and actually matted up nicely with Crushed Curry. Call Me Clover, this rich green is going to be amazing come Christmas time and is a true green. I matted this with another color that will be making its debut in our color collection Granny Apple Green, with this monochromatic combo, you wouldn't have to pinch me on March 17th! Blueberry Bushel, is a true blue and what is not to love about that! I have matted it hear with another amazing new color Balmy Blue. The cards are all accented with our Clear Faceted Gems.

As my 3D item for the hop, I decided to use the 2018-2020 Color Collection DSP to wrap some Hershey Nuggets. They are sitting in a nice little Blueberry Bushel Tray in the 2 x 8 Cellophane Bag. I tied the Stitched All Around Tag with the Polka Dot Tulle ribbon at the top!

I hope you have enjoyed my projects today! I can't wait for you to see what the rest of our amazing hop team has created for you today! Have an amazing day!

TGIF Challenges 143 Awesome Friends

TGIF!!! For real, do you ever have one of those weeks where you feel like your head is just in a constant state of spinning. That was this week and I hit my max yesterday with after school club, dance and an accountability committee all at the same time... I was 7 minutes late to the meeting, it couldn't be prevented and it really isn't going to change on Thursdays it seems because with the boys doing wrestling and Taryn doing dance it is just going to be crazier! I guess I should just be happy that there wasn't wrestling last night!!! Thank god for Crock Pots!

TGIF Challenges is designing with the theme "Awesome Friends". I was a bit stumped as I had done a friendship type card on my last design team post for TGIF and I wanted to branch out a bit!

First lets talk about my card base! It is from the Tutti Fruity Card Bases and Envelope pack in the Sale A Bration catalog. I matted this with Real Red Card Stock and used the Night of Navy pattern in the Tutti Fruity DSP pack. I then used the Stitched Circles in two different sizes to make my 3 circles. The berry pattern is on the opposite side of the Night Of Navy side. The Crafting Forever stamp set seemed appropriate for this challenge. The sentiment is stamped with Night Of Navy ink. My cute little scissors are stamped with Memento so that I could color them using our Stampin' Blends markers and of course fussy cut out with Paper Snips. I used the Cherry Cobbler cross-stitch ribbon to keep with the farm stand feel. A quick Whisper White Bakers Twine Bow in one of the new Wood Buttons was a cute finishing touch!

Thank You so much for stopping by! I can't wait to see what you make for your Awesome Friends!
