So I was a bit of an overachiever with my card today! I made 3 Tic-Tac-Toes... I can make 3 in a row from the top left going diagonal Blue, Circular Element and Ribbon, Diagonal from the top right Sequins, Circular Element and Die Cut, OR I can go straight across the bottom Die Cut, Yellow and Ribbon! I even took it a step further and made it a fun shaker card!
My card is matted with Peekaboo Peach with a bright base of Bermuda Bay to coordinate with the Cupcakes & Carousels DSP Stack. My Very Vanilla layer is stamped with the Ferris Wheel from the Carousel Birthday set in Early Espresso ink. I used a Layering Circle to cut out the center for my "shaker" area. My Die Cut Cupcakes are in Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay, So Saffron and Peekaboo Peach with the tops popped up with Stampin' Dimensionals! My Sequin mix in the shaker is a mix of the Cupcakes & Carousels embellishment kit and the Hello Lovely accessories pack with a few little vanilla colored seed beads! My nice little bow was also created from the Cupcakes & Carousels embellishment kit and was just the right touch with Bermuda Bay sentiment from the Cool Treats stamp set!

Thank You so much for stopping by! I can't wait to see how you make your three in a row!

Paper Craft Crew 228 Color Challenge

Happy Wednesday! We are half way there folks! This week has been a bit busy with Troy being about 2 hours away on work until last night! Yesterday, I got to enjoy the Rural Ameritowne field trip with all of our 5th Grade students! It was a lot of fun!! However, it only left me a little bit of time to make up this cute card for today's Paper Craft Crew!
I always craft better in the morning, coffee is flowing, creativity is flowing, and the kids are at school! I must confess, I really haven't purchased any of the "Valentine" sets out of the Occasions Catalog! I have this weird aversion to hearts... maybe it is a phobia!
This week with the Paper Craft Crew we have a EASY color challenge for you play along with. All you need to do is pick three of the four colors

When I started to make this card! I kept coming to the back to the Smoky Slate hearts piece of the A Little Foxy DSP! So I matted this up on the Flirty Flamingo Card Stock with a base of Real Red!! A stitched circle of the wood grain to coordinate with hearts seemed like the perfect touch! My cute little hearts were created using the You're So Sweet stamp set with the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits! I added some Silver Metallic Thread just to give it a little pizzazz!

Thank You so much for stopping in! I have a full list of the products used at the bottom!
I can't wait to see what you create for this fun color challenge!!

Stamp Ink Paper #83 A Sketch Challenge

Happy Tuesday to all of you! So excited this morning! I found out yesterday afternoon that I had been chosen to be a Display Stamper for the Stampin' Up! OnStage Local Event in San Diego this April! It is an amazing honor to have been picked. I can't stop grinning! With this news I found my groove again!

This week with Stamp Ink Paper we have a fun sketch! I just love the way this Love Themed card turned out!

My carded started with the Rich Razzleberry stamped Definitely Dahlia on Very Vanilla Stitched Circle. I chose Rich Razzleberry because it really is a color that I tend to neglect and it was time for me to show it the attention that it deserves! I honestly had to look at Pinterest to see what colors I could pair up with it! Pool Party seemed to be a popular one, so I spritzed it with a little water and ran it through my Big Shot with the Hexagon Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder! I rounded the corners of this and the Copper Foil with my Envelope Punch Board! I adhered the circle with Stampin' Dimensionals with a bit of the Metallic Copper Thread. My "Love" sentiment is from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits. I cut this out 3 times and then heat embossed it with the Copper Embossing Powder twice. A few sequins left over from the November Paper Pumpkin were just the right touch!

I can't wait to see what you all come up with for this weeks challenge!

I really love the way this card has turned out! So I have decided to also submit it to the TGIF Challenge for this week!

This month's theme is All About Love! I couldn't wait to create for this hop! If you follow me on a regular you may recognize a couple of my projects today! I decided to re-share one of my 3D Projects and my 12 x 12 Scrapbook page layout that I submitted to become a Display Stamper for OnStage Local San Diego! I am still anxiously awaiting the news... I hope you enjoy!

This great card starts with a base of Sahara Sand Card Stock, with an clean and elegant Very Vanilla matte. I chose the Falling In Love DSP to coordinate with my Mini Treat Bag and layout! I embossed a strip of the Very Vanilla card stock with the Falling Petals embossing folder and accented it with a nice little trim of Blushing Bride Stitched Satin ribbon. I used the Lift Me Up Bundle to die cut the hot air balloon out of the Blushing Bride glimmer paper. The Precision Base Plate made this a real cinch!

My cute little rosette adorned with the "Love" heart was made using our Simply Scored Scoring Board. This great little embellishment was just the right touch to finish this lovely card up!

This fabulous Mini Treat bag was one of those types of projects that just came together so nicely. If I had been this crafty when Troy and I got married these would have been at my wedding!!!

I used the Very Vanilla side of the Lace Doilies as my launching point. My Falling Petals embossed Banner with the Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper decorative strip was just the right touch! Linen Thread was the perfect choice for this great multi-strand bow! This also had a beautiful medallion made from coordinating DSP. I added a Very Vanilla Stitched Circle stamped with the sentiment from the Everyday Tags stamp set. The heart was "recycled" from the strip I used on the scrapbook layout below!

Okay, Okay!!! I am over achieving! This layout turned out better than I thought. I was really kind of overwhelmed when I started... So glad Justin Krieger helped me out! Yes the picture is of our wedding! I just love that you could see the bubbles! So we played off of the bubbles and this AWESOME paper by using various sizes of the Stitched circles in Sahara Sand, Blushing Bride and Copper Foil. There are some sequins on here as well from the Cupcakes & Carousel Embellishment Kit. The picture is adhered to a Blushing Bride Glimmer Paper scalloped circle from the Layering Circles dies and adhered to the doily.

Well, There you have it! I hope you LOVED my projects as much as I loved making them! There is a full product list at the very end of this post in case you want to know how I made it all!

I am so excited for you to see Kim Lamos! She is sure to have a fabulous creation for you to see! You can get to get by clicking next! If you get lost, there is a full list of the hoppers below!
