Stamp Ink Paper 23 Sketch Challenge

Happy Tuesday to you all! It is blustery morning here on the Eastern Plains of Colorado! We are currently under a blizzard warning and the winds have been waking me up through the night! So the kids are home and I need to get into full cleaning action with my moms arrival only 6 days away!!

Welcome to our 23rd Stamp, Ink, Paper Challenge! This week we have a simple yet fun sketch that I know you are going to love!

This card really came together nicely! I was worried that after having a craft fair this past week my mojo was gone! I had purchased the Christmas Tree Paper at local scrapbooking store. It was trimmed at about 3.5 Inches and adhered to the center of the card bases front. The espresso gingham fabric washi is from my stash. I then took one of the Gift Tags I had made for the craft fair and adhered it to the front using a few Stampin' Dimensionals. The Tree was made using the new Peaceful Pines framelits! I must say that I am addicted to these trees! The cork tag I purchased in a 10 pack at Wal Mart!!! WHO KNEW?! I then too the vintage Cherry Cobbler Yarn and tied it in a bow at the top. The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Banners and was die cut using its coordinating dies!

I would like to thank you all for stopping by! It is a really great sketch and I can't wait to see what you will come up with!!

OSAT Blog Hoppers Holiday Edition

Happy Holidays! Welcome to the Holiday Edition of the One Stamp At A Time Blog Hoppers!! If you came by way of the amazing Jeanna Bohanon, her stuff is just amazing and she wows me every time!
Well Holiday craft has been in full swing this week. I am a local Craft Fair this weekend and I can't wait to show off my goodies!
My Card and Project this month are definitely Christmas but very unconventional when it comes to color! I can't wait to show you what I have done!

The paper on this card is what got me thinking "Oooo I am going to do a Christmas Card"... Don't question the thought process! But as soon as I received the stack from Lisa Altman I knew!!!!
The base of the card is Pear Pizzazz. The paper is from a Chevron Stack from The Paper Studio. I stamped the tree from Peaceful Pines in Melon Mambo and Coastal Cabana and used the coordinating Framelits to go with them! I then took the metallic thread in silver behind both trees and adhered the trees with Stampin' Dimensionals. The sentiment is from the Oh What Fun stamp set. I stamped this on to a stitched label from Lawn Fawn. I used a mix of Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Strawberry Burst, Lime Sorbet and Sparkling Clear to decorate my trees and give the card some pop!

The coordinating tags are done in the same inks as above! I stamped various trees from the Peaceful Pines set in Melon Mambo and Coastal Cabana inks. I then also used the silver metallic thread behind the trees much like the cards and adhered them to my pre-made tags. To give these the same pop as my card, I added some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins!!!

Thank You all for stopping by!
Make sure you hop the WHOLE hop!
One of my favorites is next, Ginger Pelfrey! You are going to love her creations!

Stamp Ink Paper 22 Free For Fall

Welcome to another week of Stamp, Ink, Paper! This week we have a "Free For Fall" Challenge! You guessed it! No Rules just make ANYTHING fall for us to see!

I'll be honest I am READY for Thanksgiving! It is my favorite meal to cook and being an only child nothing makes me more excited than my mother come to see me!

What textures do you feel epitomize fall? The first one that comes to my head is BURLAP!
And we ALL know that I love to use burlap! Well when I knew that there was no rules, I knew exactly what I was going to come up with...

This little wreath came together fairly simply! I used a whole roll of Stampin' Up! Burlap ribbon. I wrapped it tightly around the wreath keeping it in place with dollops of hot glue. I then used the Stampin' Up! Spiral Flower die to make 7 lovely denim flowers I doubled two of the flowers and the other three were singles. I then used my hot glue gun to adhere them to the wreath! I free handed some leaves out of some chevron burlap and finished it off with a rustic star!

Can't wait to see what you come up with for your Free For Fall challenge!!
Have a happy day!

Inspire Create Share Hop Giving Thanks

Hey there and welcome to another amazing ICS Blog Hop! I am so excited to be hopping this month! If you came my way by the AMAZING Diane Squires welcome! Diane does fabulous work and is a great mentor to any Stampin' Up! Demonstrator who is looking to make it a business! I have been so swamped with kids and my parental duties that are part of having all 3 kids in school! Finally, I am getting back into my creative groove!

This month's hop is "Giving Thanks". To be honest I am kind of Fall Carded out! Somehow though I still ended up with fall colors!

I couldn't wait to use my new Awesomely Artistic and Another Thank You sets that I got during our stamp sale! The card base is Cajun Craze with a lovely fall matte of Always Artichoke. The Very Vanilla I stamped the greenery first with Always Artichoke. The Linen looking stamp was used in Soft Suede. I then used Cajun Craze for the Dragon Fly! The "Thank You" sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink and then heat embossed with Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder. To finish this card off I tied a cute little Gold Metallic Twine at the top!

Thank You All so much for stopping by! I can't for you to see what Deb has made for you!!
Happy Thanksgiving!

This gem started with a base of Mossy Meadow, then matted with Cherry cobbler. I took the Season of Cheer Washi and ran it across the bottom of the Whisper White CS. I stamped the Merry Christmas from Sassy Salutations in Cherry Cobbler ink on the "tag" and then accented it with Washi and a mini wooden clothespin using the Fine Tip Glue Pen. The finishing touch was the enamel dots!!!

Clean And Simple! Now you go do one too!!
