OSAT #SimpleStamping Blog Hop

Happy Thursday to all of you! The One Stamp At A Time Blog Hop Team is back! I am so glad that this week is almost over! Josh had an EEG Tuesday and could only have 4 hours of sleep before the appointment! Did I mention that we have a 3 hour drive there??? Needless to say we both have really messed up our sleep cycles!
This month the OSAT Blog Hop Team is hopping with the theme #simplestamping. It truly is a struggle for ALL that are creatively driven, especially me! On Monday Taryn needed some Valentines for dance/gymnastics, I know a little late in the game but I chose to keep it #simplestamping... Lets take a look!

These cuties were made with the All My Love DSP, While I know in my heart of hearts (pun intended) that the flowers and patterns in this paper pack are timeless the hearts are not. I simply made 3 x 3 Cards in Lovely Lipstick and Flirty Flamingo. I then cut the DSP to 2 7/8" squares to adhere to the front of the card bases. The 2 1/4" Circle Punch layered with the Starburst Punch are a go to of mine when trying to put something together quickly. I chose to use the Stitched All Around stamp set for the sentiment using the Flirty Flamingo and Lovely Lipstick inks. These have been punched with the Starburst Punch and layered onto the Lovely Lipstick and Grapefruit Grove 2 1/4" Circle Punch. Perfect, Easy and adorable!!

The All Adorned stamp set will be available to YOU tomorrow! It is a fun photopolymer set geared towards using on the Stamparatus, I chose to not use my Stamparatus and make some cute little tags for these jars of candies for the Teachers! Using the same color inks as the above creations to be sure that they coordinated! You can see a better picture below...

I tied these on these cute little jars I scored in the clearance bin at Dollar General using the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon! I think I finished my 4th roll of this ribbon with this project. This ribbon is amazing! It ties really great bows!

I am so happy you joined us today! I can't wait to see what you create with the #simplestamping theme!! Don't forget to tour the whole hop, you can do that by clicking along the link list below!

Hello Beautiful Succulents

Good Saturday! There is nothing like waking up with a clear and concise plan for your day! The kids are going to hate me, but what kind of mother am I if they don't scream "I Hate You!" at least once this weekend! Why would they scream that?? It is a cleaning weekend, I am tired of walking into the play room to find wrappers of snacks passed and trash! So that room will be the boys job and Taryn's room looks like a tornado went off, and you know what is funny??? She can't find her gray boots! I wonder why?!

It isn't very often I blog to blog... but today's card is definitely worth blogging. Our second release for Sale A Bration is right around the corner (February15th)!! The Painted Seasons Bundle should be at the TOP of that list! This item is FREE with $100 Purchase. Although with today's card I am only featuring the stamp set!

The Global Design Project has the perfect theme challenge this week for this card with Down The Garden Path. Lets take a look at this card!

You know that I drooled when I saw the succulents in this stamp set! This is a DistInktive stamp and the detail in all of the stamps is amazing! This card has a nice base of Thick Whisper White card stock. The Rectangle Stitched Dies are never far from my reach anymore and I used them for my mat of Mint Macaron. The Whisper White layer has been stamped to make my own DSP of sorts with the succulent stamp using Soft Sea Foam ink. Once I got my desired pattern this layer was also cut with the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I created a bit of the pattern on my sentiment piece before stamping the Hello Beautiful with Soft Suede ink from the Butterfly Gala stamp set. The cool thing about the Painted Seasons Stamp Set is that they have coordinating dies available to purchase! I have used them to cut the Mint Macaron Leaves and Soft Sea Foam Succulent. A nice accent of Champagne Foil, Clear Epoxy Droplets and a Linen Thread Bow and this beauty was done!

Thank You so much for stopping by today! I can't wait for you to get your hands on this!
Don't forget to check out the Global Design Project for this weeks challenge!

TGIF Challenges 198 Be My Valentine Sketch

Hey there! TGIF!!! It has been a crazy busy week. Between my sickness, playing catch up from the kids cooties and helping a friend as well as Joshua's appointments... this girl is trying to catch a break! Maybe there is a light at the end of this tunnel!

Today I am having a private class with some amazing homeschooled kiddo's! My friend Jodi asked me to create a Valentine Class for this group and I honestly can't wait to get crafty with this crew. I have chosen to create using our Paper Pumpkin Kit from January. So my design for this weeks TGIF Challenges sketch is a fabulous alternative for the Be Mine kit that coordinates with the Animal Expedition suite!

I know my card is a bit on the beginner to casual stamper side but with 10 kids coming I wasn't quite sure if they would be as savvy as my Taryn! My card starts with a base of Basic Gray, with a bright mat of Lemon Lime Twist. To add a bit of technique for the kids today I chose to use the Dot To Dot embossing folder on my Melon Mambo layer. A nice strip of Pool Party is accented by a strip of the Animal Expedition DSP. The Kangaroo die cut from the Paper Pumpkin kit is layered over a 2 1/4" Circle of the Animal Expedition DSP that is adhered to the scalloped circle die cut in the kit. This card wasn't quite complete until I added the Whisper White Bakers Twine bow with sentiment and the Melon Mambo heart!

Thank You so much for stopping by today! I can't wait to see what you whip up for this sketch!

A Paper Pumpkin Thing Be Mine Kit

A Paper Pumpkin Thing is back and yes I am little late this morning! The kids have kindly shared some sort of cooties... and it hit me with the One, Two Punch yesterday afternoon! Hopefully today is better!

The kit this month is this amazingly adorable valentines kit! The Be Mine kit also coordinates with the Animal Expedition Suite in the Annual Catalog! I couldn't wait to play with this kit but with everything going on it didn't get the love I planned on showing it!

My Melon Mambo card with Pool Party mat was the perfect start to my cute Valentine inspired card. I have used the Animal Expedition DSP and it was perfect for my "You're One In Chameleon" with the cute little Chameleon die cut from the Paper Pumpkin kit. I accented the heart with a bit of the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle to give it some foof! Yes, foof is a word! The pillow box I left alone, I simply tied the Polka Dot Tulle around the box with a nice heat embossed sentiment and enamel hearts for a tag!

I can't wait to show you what everyone else has come up with! Just click along the link list below!

Home Decor SU Style Love Blog Hop

Happy Tuesday afternoon!! Hope you all are nice and warm in your house today, I know some parts of the US are under Elsa's horrible spell! We are on the southwest side of all of it so it is a bit chilly but not nearly as those of you near the Great Lakes!

I am hopping along today with the Home Décor SU Style Blog Hop. We are hopping along with the Love or Valentine theme! I stumbled upon this cute little or maybe not so little wood heart at Dollar General!! Sometimes you have you take a few minutes to look and think outside the box to find things there.. This lovely little piece can stay up all year long!

So I started by painting my heart with white craft paint! The lovely daisies are stamped using Lovely Lipstick ink with Pineapple Punch centers. Each Daisy is actually two. I have accented the centers with the round enamel Pineapple Punch dots in the Best Route Enamel Shapes. I have accented the flowers with Pear Pizzazz leaves using the Leaf Punch. I have stamped the Statement of the Heart sentiment with Pear pizzazz ink and die cut it with a stitched oval from the Stitched Shapes framelits! It is nicely layered onto a scallop oval from Lovely Lipstick Cardstock! A nice Lovely Lipstick loop of ribbon!

Thank You so much for stopping in today! I can't wait for you to see what my friends have you created for you! You can tour the whole hop by clicking through the list below!

TGIF Challenge 196 Part Of My Story

TGIF!!! Happy Friday! Let me tell you that I am soooooo ready for the weekend! My big plan is to clean and purge my stamp studio!! It will be a daunting task, but I can't for it to me done and share the before and after pics... Life has been a bit crazy! I have been helping some friends with their kids as they deal with a family emergency. The fact is, they would do it for Troy and I. That is what friends are for. The irony is the card I have for you today! Lets take a peek

It is crazy how things go on and somehow , this card has been made for a while and not only fits with today's challenge but also fits with what is going on with life. We have a few friends that our like our chosen families... This week with TGIF we are creating with a "Pick A Pattern" Challenge! I have chosen the Botanical Butterfly DSP for my pattern!

I created this card for a recent swap I did to show case the SaleABration products! With a base of Highland Heather and a mat of Basic Black it was the perfect combination to feature the Botanical Butterfly DSP and Part of My Story Stamp set. The DSP works perfectly with the Butterfly Duet Punch which may be out of stock right now, but will return with the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog! This has been so popular because it will even punch the butterflies out of the DSP! I have stamped the sentiment "You're My Chosen Family" from the Part of My Story SAB Stamp Set in Highland Heather ink and used the smallest stitched rectangle from the Rectangle Stitched Dies.

I am so glad you stopped by today! I can't wait to see how you Pick A Pattern for this challenge!
